Enables Auto Memory Configuration. Manual memory configuration by default.
DMA_CFG

DMA Access Configuration.

0 (DMA_NONE): No DMA

1 (DMA_MANUAL): Manual DMA

2 (DMA_AUTO): Auto DMA
CFG_CMP

Register Configuration Complete Indication. Posedge is detected on this bit. Hence a 0 to 1 transition is required.
